We work hard to provide you with a safe place. Our security measures have been created following government guidelines and recommendations. Additionally, we have added additional procedures to ensure the protection of all our visitors as well as our staff. The goal is to enjoy the day of activities while following the instructions for everyone's safety. Here are some guidelines before and during your visit.

We have a capacity ofwelcome reduced. This is why you must buy your tickets on our online ticket office by choosing the day of your visit.

When you arrive, you must provide your proof of vaccination against COVID-19 containing a QR code that displays your level of protection.This evidence can be presented in three ways:

In PDF format on your mobile device;

From the VaxiCode app.

Please note that a photo ID must be presented for each person 16 years of age and over.

Some of our activities andconvenience such as the microscope area, the decoration and DIY area, the areafeeding with milk as well as the shop are inside or under our giant marquee.
Wearing a mask is therefore compulsory in these places, in queues or when the distance of 2 meters cannot be respected.
